When will my card be charged?

Your card will be charged when your order is placed.

When will I receive my order?

Once your order is placed we will ship your order within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping times then apply. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info when your order has shipped.

Note: International orders may take slightly longer – up to 8 weeks to certain countries depending on customs regulations. Please contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time.

We currently do not offer an expedited shipping option.

I’m being asked to pay a customs fee to receive my package, why is this?

Please contact us and send us a clear scan of the customs receipt showing your name, the date, and the merchandise it’s for. We will gladly refund your original order for the corresponding amount.

When I try to checkout my card keeps getting declined, why is this?

Paypal Payment Gateway communicates directly with your bank and automatically accepts or declines your payment. Please try using a different card when you checkout. If the problem persists, then please Contact Us.

If I already placed an order but decide that I want to change the size of the shirt or custom art, Can I do this?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet we would be more than happy to help you change your desired size. Please contact us with the size that you would like to change to. Note: Price per item can increase depending on the size of the shirt or custom artwork.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped you may cancel. Once your order has shipped then you will need to wait until we have received the item back in new condition to be able to cancel your order. Note: Return shipping is paid for at your expense.

Do you offer refunds?

If the item you received doesn’t match the description or is some how damaged then We will gladly replace your order or offer you a full refund within 14 days of your order.

What happens if my apparel order is damaged after washing?

Zlo is not responsible for any washing or wear and tear damage. We highly suggest that you follow the washing instructions on the tag of your apparel order. We use the highest quality inks when printing to ensure you’ll never have an issue with the quality of print on your apparel.
